Four Points by Sheraton Veracruz

This is a very nice, up-scale hotel, that has excellent amenities and a good restaurant. We stayed here as part of a very long road trip. We were driving a car that was quite loaded down and riding a bit low. We weren't able to negotiate the grade of the parking ramp, but they were gracious enough to allow us to park on the side, in an area where are loaded car could be monitored by security. It was helpful for us that the hotel was right on the main highway, and we didn't notice any noise. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

The location is very good, Is not a bad hotel, it is a nice place in fact, and the rooms are good. Just could be better to improve the customer experience.

The hotel is really nice, and the staff always pending on our needs.

Everything is clean, with excellent customer service, water, and clean towels. 👌
